Subject	H3 bulbs/fog light opinions and experience

Message	im going to be replacing my fog light bulbs soon and i did a search and read a few people ideas so im just looking for present thoughts.. i want bright but also functionality (i know thats completely contradictory when it comes to fog lights) so i was thinking PIAA H3 Ion Crystal bulbs. my only concern was that ou bulbs are 35w and i read that 55w runs the risk of blowing fuses regularly. if the 55w isn't going to bug the hell out of me my only other idea was maybe buying something bright enouph to use as actua driving lights maybe the PIAA Xtreme White Plus. would these be bright enouph to drive with? i know a bunch of you would say go for an HID conversion but my budget says otherwise with 120k and my impending body work. so just lend me your ideas!
